Kitchenology takes Center Stage at NAFEM for Manitowoc Foodservice

January 26th, 2009

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Kitchenology™, the blending of the art and science behind making better kitchens, takes center stage at the Manitowoc Foodservice booth #1842 during the North American Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) show in Orlando, February 5-8.  The concept, being unveiled at the NAFEM Show, was developed by Manitowoc Foodservice to help operators around the world find the best equipment and technology solutions to meet their customers’ needs.  Founded on a keen understanding of consumer insights, Kitchenology™ allows foodservice operators to respond to trends faster, more efficiently and more profitably than ever before.

More than equipment, Kitchenology™ integrates Manitowoc Foodservice’s total portfolio of leading brands, the company’s superior global expertise and an exclusive approach to total kitchen solutions.  “We’re successful when we’re able to inspire operators to look at their operations in fundamentally different ways,” said Dean Landeche, vice president of marketing.  “From that position, we’re able to explore new and improved ways to meet their customer needs and improve their bottom-line success.”

Kitchenology™ will be brought to life with daily chef demonstrations featuring a cross-section of equipment from Manitowoc Foodservice’s leading brands.  Sessions focused on products that accelerate cooking will alternate with those demonstrating the latest in beverage trends and dispensing technologies, complete with a Mixologist.
