THE SUPER-CHIL BAKERY CHILLER PROVIDES A STEADY STREAM OF PRE-CHILLED WATER
March 2nd, 2006
Sellersburg, IN – Multiplex, a company that has built its reputation on the ability to provide high-volume beverage-dispensing solutions to industry, has developed the Super-Chil™ system, a bakery chiller unit that delivers chilled water to meet commercial bakery requirements.
Incoming tap water is moved through the Super-Chil unit producing water temperatures of 34°-35°. The chilled water is then sent to a water temperature control and meter where it is monitored and mixed with the proper amount of incoming hot water before it is sent to mixer. This system ensures that only the correct temperature water is used in the dough-making process and that the dough will proof at consistent rates from batch to batch.
The Super-Chil system delivers maximum capacity in a relatively compact unit. The stainless steel cabinet makes it durable and easy to clean.
Models are available to handle sustained (continuous) water volumes at 35° from 55 lbs. of water up to 253 lbs., or a one-hour peak period of 79 lbs. water up to 451 lbs. Every unit complies with all applicable environmental regulations. Multiplex equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with NSF, CSA, UL, and CE standards.
